Wow. They were my second when another company ignored my call to schedule to come back out after the washroom flooded 5 mins after they left. Zoom should have been the first call. They were polite explained everything thing and what a HUGE difference. Stayed AND tested washer and kitchen. Guaranteed and so appreciative. Definitely would recommend. Ismael was patient in showing and explaining from beginning to end. Cleaned up everything. Excellent service.

Ismael was awesome!! Came out and cleared my main sewer line, at the clean out where it was backing up, in less than an hour! Amazing customer service and great communication!! Could not be happier with the service from the time I got a quote and scheduled the service! Same day!! Would recommend to everyone

I was incredibly impressed with Zoom Drain. Mike and Ish were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I am also so grateful for Mike’s philosophy of putting people before profits. I had Zoom out for a second opinion after being told by another plumbing company that our repairs would cost $14,000. Mike and Ish were able to completely fix our problem for only $800!! I will never use any other plumbing company!

Zoom Drain did an awesome job at a commercial building for me. Easy scheduling online for same day service. Ismael was early and got my tenant taken care of very fast. Owner Marc called to confirm my appointment which was a nice touch.

These guys know their business. We had two other companies out and they couldn't clear a stubborn clog. As a last ditch effort, we called Zoom Drain and Erik came out and cleared it. He was very professional and personable. I highly recommend this company. Thanks so much guys, you're awesome!
