I just had a wonderful experience with this company! They were immediately responsive to my phone call and set a time slot for a technician to arrive. He arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem, his explanations to us were very clear. The price was reasonable. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I really loved the personality and attitude of this technician. His customer service was excellent! I will definitely use this company again :-)

We consulted other plumbers, but one didn't respond and the other said we'd likely have to replace our entire water heater (residential) and told us to figure out what the warranty was on a tank brand he didn't recognize. We knew what the problem was and didn't think the entire tank needed to be replaced.... 🤔 Zoom Drain came, checked our warranty for us (which wasn't an easy process), tracked down the right part, and was able to come fix our water heater very soon after the part arrived - instead of replacing everything. Hooray! We saved $700 compared to the plumber who said we needed to replace the whole thing and a lot of headache. Zoom Drain is easy to communicate with and takes good care of its customers.

Zoom Drain was awesome! We needed a last minute sewer inspection and they came out the next day. They were on time, thorough, and gave us great details of how the pipes looked. I highly recommend them.

They were able to come out the same day they were called. Gave an estimate and then were able to do the work that day. Let me know ahead when they were on their way. Very professional, extremely clean, and efficient. Their communication was excellent. They asked me questions and showed me pictures of what they were doing. One of the best companies that I have had come do any work on my house. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain.

I called Knighton Plumbing after a giant gush of water broke through our ceiling downstairs below the laundry room. A technician arrived the next day and investigated the leak. He was very professional and thorough and clearly explained what he found and answered all my questions. He suspected that the drain pipe was plugged further down the pipe and was backing up into the floor drain and then spilling over into the ceiling below, so we scheduled a jetting of the pipe. The Zoom Drain technician who arrived the next day was also very professional and thorough when he came.
Unfortunately, that evening after he left, the drain overflowed again and dumped water all over the kitchen below. I was frustrated and felt like perhaps he hadn't gone quite far enough when he was jetting, so when I called Zoom back later, I expressed my frustration that we would need to pay for another jetting when they hadn't done an adequate job the first time. The person I spoke with at the office responded very professionally and said they stand by their work and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The next day the owner arrived at my home along with two technicians and they spent a couple hours further evaluating my plumbing. It turned out to be a much more complicated situation than originally thought, but by the time they left I was confident that the pipe was totally clean and we had resolved the actual cause of the leak.
I was very impressed with my entire experience with Knighton Plumbing and Zoom Drain. They were up front and honest about pricing, responded promptly, treated my home and family with respect, professionally and competently completed the job, and followed through until I was satisfied without extra charges. Their prices were competitive and honest - no gimmicks or upselling. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing needs, and I feel confident recommending them to others.
