Very kind, professional customer service rep...appreciate the clear communication on arrival time and what to expect. My technician James S was so helpful and honest; he fixed my issue at a reasonable cost. Another big thing for me: He could easily have steered me toward add-ons that I didn't need, but was forthright about the diagnosis and what I needed ASAP versus what could wait. A+ service all around and would definitely call again with future drain issues.

Excellent service. James is a very professional, punctual, and reliable plumber. He fixed the issue quickly and left everything clean and working perfectly. His customer service is excellent, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Zoom Drain! We purchased our home and 2 weeks after closing we of course had a plumbing emergency. Aaron came out and worked hard to resolve the issue, but needed to return the next day with help. After a thorough look and consult, we needed a whole pipe replaced and a clean out installed. Aaron and Gianni kept us more than informed. They were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Could not have asked for better service. We will ONLY use this company going forward. Looking forward to signing a service contract once they have that offer! Great company and even better team!
