Had a great experience with Tommy and Zach! They were able to come the same day, actually within a couple hours, that I called for an issue with my water softener. They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me for service the next day. I ended up having them install a new unit. Within 24 hours of their first visit, the whole process has been buttoned up! I will definitely consider Zippity for my future plumbing needs.

OMG, My experience with Zippity was absolutely WONDERFUL from first call to schedule to the time Brett left. As a woman heading into to senior years, it was so refreshing not to feel taken advantage of, scammed or pressured to do anything more than was absolutely necessary to clear my drains. Brett was patient, informative and didn't give up for what seemed to be a simple snake of drains. After several attemps with snake, my drains are clear. I thank Brett for all he did to make that happen. I had tons of questions and he so freely and willingly answered for me. He was very informative. Again, aside from him finally being able to clear my drains which I am happy for, I am happier with his professionalism and not feeling like I was told something other than was needed in his visit as other companies have and will do. BIG SHOUT OUT TO ZIPPITY and BRETT.

If I could give 5-more stars!!! We cannot recommend Zippity Split Plumbing enough! We live in a 75-year-old home with the original cast iron sewer line plumbing, so we knew repairs and re-lining were inevitable. From the start, they provided a thorough, free inspection and a very clear plan of action.
During the project, we discovered the drain lines also needed repair. While there were a few "bumps" and even some unplanned leaks due to the nature of the work, the team "scooped" right in and handled everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing; they truly took care of us the entire way.
Our sales rep, Jeremy, was great, and Sheldon, our tech, was exceptional. Sheldon oversaw the work and was so kind in explaining every detail. Even when human mistakes happened, they were completely transparent, coming to us immediately to explain what happened and how they fixed it. Their integrity is top-notch. We actually have a massive regret about not using them for another project we had quoted—lesson learned! We will definitely be calling them for all future needs.

Zippity Split came out to provide a complimentary sewer line inspection, and the entire experience was excellent. They performed a thorough camera scope of the sewer lines to assess the condition of the pipe and identify any potential issues. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He took the time to clearly explain what we were seeing on the camera and answered all of our questions in detail. The service felt honest, efficient, and high quality from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be using Zippity Split for all of our future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing services.

Great team. Zippity was highly responsive when I needed them most. The owner was very fair with me on a complete and complicated repiping job of my large rental home requiring more than 40 drywall entry points. The Zippity team worked responsibly with my renter, kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up after. My drywall repair guy said he’s never seen a cleaner/straighter cuts making easier his repair job. I highly recommend Zippity plumbing and would use them again.
