Our water heater died overnight. I called at 8:00AM right when they opened, asking about installation of a new water heater that I would be picking up shortly. Linda took my info and said call back once you have the water heater. I got back at 9:30, gave Linda a call and by 11:00 two service men arrived and had the job completed within an hour. It was a tight space, they didn't waste a minute once they arrived, did a great job on the installation and cleanup, at a very reasonable price. Fast, friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier. 100% recommended!

This is the company that gets sent to my apartment when there is a problem. Three times I have dealt with them, supposed to be working on my fourth right now. Waited all day yesterday, called into work, no show. This morning, they said they thought they had time today to call me and let me know when, so I could possibly work my 4-hour shift. They did not call me to tell me when, so I missed a second day of work. In the past, they showed up unannounced, and they were disrespectful to me and my home.

I called Yager's on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 for an issue we were having with our well pump/bladder tank. Linda said that she didn't have any service men available but would call me back after she could figure out how to help. She called back within 10 minutes and told me a technician would call me shortly. A few minutes later Shane called and tried to do a diagnosis over the phone. After that didn't work he said he'd send out his partner who needed to go pick up the service truck. He arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem instantly.
When I first placed the call so late on a Friday I thought for sure we would be out of water for the weekend and have to wait until Monday. Every person at Yager's went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen! I am forever grateful for their quick response time and professionalism.
We had out whole-house plumbing and heating systems installed by Yager's 28 years ago when we built our house, and have been with them ever since. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service. They are A+, top-notch, and come highly recommended!

I called Yager's Plumbing & Heating and within an hour they arrived to replace my leaking kitchen faucet. Blake and Scott were professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Years ago they were terrific, but my, have times changed! To fix a faucet which took less than an hour, they charged $100 per worker for 2 "workers." The one guy was an apparent understudy who wasn't at all needed for the job. Seemed like a classic case of price gouging to me.
And then there was the scheduling. Three times I expected to hear from them about coming, but I got stiffed 3x without so much as a phone call to tell me they weren't coming.
And finally, there's the classic, dishonest offer that if you pay in cash, they won't add the NYS tax onto the bill.
