After seeing a moldy spot on our downstairs ceiling, we realized that a leak that was supposedly repaired by a contractor back in October was leaking again. After waiting 3 weeks for the contractor to come back we called Works Plumbing and they came out within 2 days. Wilfredo did a great job in explaining why the leak came back (wrong fitting) and took care of the problem. Great customer service. We used Works a few years ago for another problem. Hopefully we won't have any more issues but if we do, Works is who we'll call.

Kevin Gonzales from Works Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my toilet. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options clearly, offering the best advice every step of the way. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty in making sure the work was done right. Kevin made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the installation was done perfectly. I highly recommend him and Works Plumbing for anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing service.

I highly recommend Works Plumbing for your next plumbing project. I had a serious underthouse lateral drain pipe leak. I bid out to four (4) local plumbing shops. This was a small job of 20 ft of 2" lateral piping. Three (3) responded and one (1) too busy. Two of three bids were extremely high that didn't warrant this price. Works plumbing price reasonable and that their workmanship was clean and professional and on time. I can be a reference if needed. Thank you. I'll be calling in in the future.

This is one of the most disturbing service experiences our family has ever had.
A plumber spent approximately 45 minutes in my grandparents’ in-law apartment for a routine issue. Before any payment was processed, he told my mother directly on the phone that the total cost would be $475, and she authorized that amount on her credit card.
Weeks later, my grandmother received a bill for $2,872.22.
When we contacted the company, both the plumber and the manager claimed the charge was “valid” because my grandfather had signed their tablet.
What they failed to mention - and what makes this especially alarming - is that my grandfather is legally blind. He could not see the amount being charged, the terms, or what he was supposedly authorizing.
Despite knowing: 1) The quoted and authorized price was $475 2) The signer was visually impaired
3) The service took under an hour
They are now insisting that a nearly $3,000 charge stands.
Let that sink in.
They quoted one price, charged almost six times more, and are now hiding behind an electronic signature obtained from a blind elderly man.
This is not a billing error. This is a business practice that raises very serious questions about how this company treats vulnerable customers and how often this happens to people who don’t have family members able to fight back.
We are disputing this charge, documenting everything, and filing complaints with the credit card company and appropriate licensing and consumer protection agencies.
If you have elderly parents, grandparents, or anyone with a disability - do not allow this company into your home.
Proceed with extreme caution.

Called this morning, got an appointment immediately, Kevin showed up on time, was professional and took care of my plumbing needs with his press tool in minutes at a rate that cost less than renting the tool! I'm a contractor , was impressed which is very tough to do
