I want to take the time to express how satisfied I am with Wichita Plumbingco! I have used them for all of my plumbing issues since the fall of 2025, and they are great! Shawn and Laura are professional, nice, friendly, honest, and dependable. The prices were reasonable on all the services we had them do. I won't use anybody else for my plumbing issues in the future. Replaced my old hot water heater. Great to work with. Gave me several options to choose from with quotes. Installation was super fast and good communication on details of the installation. They are a Mom and Pop operation recommended by the HVAC folks who installed my furnace a few years back. If you want the name of a good contractor around town call another good contractor you trust and that's exactly how I found Wichita Plumbing Company!

Wichita Plumbing solved my well water problem. It had been testing positive for bacteria for months even after sanitizing. Sean and Laura installed a whole house filter, UV light, and RO system. My water is free of bacteria now. Their solution was more affordable than 2 other options I received. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

Requested a non-emergency inspection/recommendation on a recent sump pump upgrade I had done. Wasn’t happy with the bends in my PVC and couplings. The professional technician was on the scene in about an hour and went above and beyond: replaced slanted piping with straight/solid piping, upgraded all couplings to no-hub metal-braced couplings, clamped the PVC to the floor to keep everything from shifting during pump operation, and corrected the water flow out of my home by running a hose out from the house. I have done business with all kinds of contractors over the years. Sean and Laura are the real deal. These are the nicest most honest people to work with. They did great work and super fast. The quote was the price that I paid. They were even one of the best quotes that I received. I hope to be able to call on them in the future. Sean and Laura own the company and they do the work them selves. They are absolutely a treat to have in your home.
