I’ve used wheelhouse a couple times years ago without issue. I had a plumbing issue show up today and decided to read their reviews before calling. Very sketchy when the same employee leaves three 5 star reviews trying to bury the negative ones. Shame on them for trying to deceive people.

We have had them do several jobs and are currently scheduled to do another one. They do a great job and price their work competitively. Only complaint I have is that it seems to take a couple contacts to get them to respond for an estimate and to my surprise send a bill when the work is completed!!

Initially called this company to do preventative maintenance on our hot water heater and the plumber who showed up broke it. He told us we needed to buy a new tank at full price. After he installed the new tank we ended up with multiple issues.
Before Wheelhouse I was able to run my washing machine, dishwasher, and have 2 showers going with no issues. After Wheelhouse there is no way I am able to even shower in the same hour as someone else, let alone doing chores. My husband tried adjusting the temperature of the hot water tank and ended up getting electrocuted just touching the tank even after cutting power to it. Started looking into the make of the hot water heater and discovered that Wheelhouse marked up the price double what it's worth had I went somewhere else and bought it.
Called Wheelhouse to have a different plumber come out to look, as the first plumber had no idea how to even shut off the main valve (which was directly behind the tank BTW...) and he almost got electrocuted also. The original plumber did not hook up the wiring correctly. Plumber #2 rewired everything and installed a check valve, something the original plumber did not do correctly also. This was on Friday afternoon.
Over the weekend after running the shower, now my washing machine leaks water from underneath it. Not running the machine or anything just from someone using the shower. I'm worried where else I could have water leaking into.
I definitely would not recommend Wheelhouse and certainly wouldn't rank them best in town as another reviewer stated. We originally planned on paying a couple hundred bucks for the preventative maintenance and ended up paying a couple grand.

Did not disappoint! Be advised, because they're the best in town, everyone wants their services. So it may take a while for them to get around. It's worth the wait for me cause I know they'll do it right the first time. We love our new tub.
