Art did an amazing job, front to back. I am SO grateful to him for figuring out our issue from the getgo, which wasn't easy. We hired two other companies to come try and figure out why our hot water kept going cold occasionally. They both assured us that it had to be the mixing valve or cartridge failure. I spent SO much unnecessary (wasted) time changing them out, doing some plumbing on my own.. it was all a waste.. because I didn't call Western Rooter first. The other guys kept saying our water heater checked out. All these tests, no problem. Finally we called Western Rooter as a last resort because my friend highly recommended them, and Thank God we did! Because they finally solved it! They said it's the water heater, and I was like, "are you sure?? The other guys tested it and both said it's fine!" apparently not all tests are equal or the other guys were just not as smart as Art at Western Rooter. I was astonished.. but this is the difference between true, I mean TRUE professionals, and somehow these hacks that get by somehow. Thank you for being available to me! You truly saved the day and allowed us to have nice hot showers again without worrying about them going cold. Highly recommend! PS, CJ was our billing guy, and was great to work with as well!

I hired them for backflow device testing for my house because the company I had using doesn't provide the service anymore. From getting a quote to scheduling the test, everyone that I spoke to there was professional and prompt in replying. The technician (Daniel) was fantastic. Glad they provide this service for my area. Will use them again next year.

Western Rooter is my plumbing go to now. This is the second time I’ve used them and both times, they have been on time, made quick work of the clogs and charged me a reasonable amount. Brandon Diaz came over this time and was exceptional! There were two beastly clogs and he handled them both quickly and was fun to hang out with as well. I highly recommend him and Western Rooter.

I have called on Western Rooter several times before. Each time the team member responded on time, even a little early, and prepared. The knowledge brought to the problem was solid, and the solution was reasonable, effective and efficient. Let's face it, plumbing will always eventually fail. Western Rooter, and in particular, Alberto H., who has visited my properties multiple times over the years for different issues, has been to the rescue to fix the problem competently and reasonably. I should also say that all of the team members who have worked with me have generously answered questions so that I might avoid future problems, and since my properties abut neighbors, they have always respected the regulations of our HOA. I am grateful I got so lucky to find such a competent company who has serviced my properties well each time.

Highly highly recommend Western Rooter! We've gone with them twice now for two different gas line replacements and they are responsive, confident, and did amazing work each time. Reasonable prices, great communication, and high quality work.
Our first replacement was complicated by a nearby water leak and while a few other companies hesitated to work through the mud, Western made it clear it wasn't an issue and they would help us ASAP. Our second replacement was during a rainy week and again, no hesitation whatsoever to help us get things fixed sooner rather than later. Thank you to Manny, Joshua, Carlos, Sam and their entire team for both jobs.
