If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Starting with my experience with my first call, the Ellis Wyatt team has been transparent, communicative and knows the value of service. I needed my water heater replaced and luckily, it wasn’t an emergency situation. I researched plumbers out and found an ad on instagram that appeared too good to be true. I called Todd and he educated me on my options. However, the true test was the quality of the work. Both Aldo and Carlos were on time and did a great job. I felt like they cared about the quality of their work and not just getting the job done fast. In a time of cynicism, finding professionals that do good work and are reasonable priced is hard to come by. If you are looking for “your guy”, call Todd at Ellis Wyatt and you won’t be disappointed.

I paid 400 dollars for nothing. They were late and then spent most of their time elsewhere. I was told they couldn't replace valve because they don't make it anymore. They stated they would need to completely rebuild my shower. I just replaced the valve myself. The new valve cost me $10. See photo of valve that I bought myself.

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with everyone at Western Peak Plumbing. I have an older home, with some “quirks” and these guys have always been able to help come up with great solutions that are mindful of the integrity of the home but also are market fair. From the office team to the onsite team, everyone was extremely kind, knowledgable, and clean! The job itself, the guys here wanted to make sure everything looked good and was done well. The quote team was quick to get back to me too on how much the job would cost and scheduling was quick, which has not been my experience with other companies in the area. No need to hunt down this team! Hands down favorite group to work with!
