Like so many others have discovered, Wes’s is unprofessional and unresponsive. I wanted to use a small local outfit to support the local economy, but after repeated calls and messages, I was simply ignored. This, despite explaining repeatedly that my own scheduling and logistics were fixed so I simply required a yes/no answer to the simplest of questions: Can You Do This Easy Job On Friday?
I was shuffled around a bit but never got an answer…. Two precious days shot.
Further, the main business “headquarters” number apparently goes to Wes’s living room where a blaring television makes effective communication all but impossible. I have no idea how a business can survive operating like this, but I am not at all surprised that, even after 30 years, it hasn’t grown like others have.

Called them about my furnace. They had serviced it before i bought the place. That was on a thursday. He said he would fix it before the weekend. Six days later i made several calls to both of his phones trying to find out when he was coming
I never got a reply. Been without hot water for a week

Wes has fixed my heat, replaced my outdoor faucet and installed my indoor faucet. He is efficient and explains what needs to be done and why. What he’s fixed... works! I will continue to use, and recommend, his services.

Would give less than 1 star if possible.... I called as my furnace quit working and the company says 24/7 and never received a call back and that was a week ago....
