Saturday evening our water heater began leaking, I made a claim with my home insurance and called them Sunday to check on status. If I had waited they would have taken a day or 2 or 3 longer. I remembered we have the water heater mafia here in Fernley and called them. Kevin's wife answered right away, I told her the situation, she checked and they could send a tech over in an hour. They arrived, looked at what we needed, had a new water heater in stock and began our repair. Kevin and Rod were so professional, within a couple hours we had a new water heater installed and were back with hot water. They gave us so much information on how to take care of the new unit I feel very confident on the new unit lasting much longer than the previous one. And having this taken care of on a Sunday was beyond great! I highly recommend these men for anyone needing their services! Great job guys! Thank you!!

This family owned business is fantastic. We really appreciate the work ethic and respect they have. They responded quickly and got the job done fast but also at our convenience. We were so happy with their service that we referred them to a family member for the same service. We both had a full water heater replacement. They also replaced all the fittings. We were without water for only a few minutes during the installation of the new tank. There was no mess for us to clean up after. We highly recommend The Water Heater Mafia to anyone for their water heater replacement and maintenance program.

These guys are amazing. I was having issues with inconsistent water temps. They were able to come and diagnose and get the repairs done all within a few days of my initial call. The work is high quality the price was great and Kevin even chatted with me teaching me a few things about my system that I didn’t know. Highly recommended!!
