Matt was great to work with he was knowledgeable, responsive, and quick throughout the process. Warnick Mechanical was also very quick to respond to our call for help and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend both Matt and Warnick Mechanical for all plumbing needs.

Great company - appointment scheduled only a couple days after submitting a claim to my home warranty company. Talked to Megan multiple times for scheduling and making sure she had the right techs for the job. Mark came out and did a thorough assessment and told me the work that would need to be done to replace the bathroom sink line in our very old house. Chaz came a week later, he did an amazing job despite hiccups he encountered with our old janky house. We ended up with a brand new pipe and didn't have to take out our bathroom wall like we originally thought, which was a huge relief. Everyone I've interacted with at Warnick has been great, and I'm extremely pleased with their work.

Warnick and Reeves Mechanical of Newton, along with S&S Electric from Grinnell were here yesterday and installed a new Carrier ductless unit split system heat pump for my garage (heats or cools). As per usual, Warnick and Reeves Mechanical sets the bar very high in quality products and service. I've had them out for several projects in the recent past, a new high efficiency furnace, then some duct work in the basement, a furnace mounted humidifier, an old tub/shower combo torn out and new shower installed by their plumbers, I have never once been disappointed. This is an exceptionally good company, we in Newton and Jasper County are very fortunate to have them close by.
Pictured is the outside unit, the inside unit mounts up on the wall and about half the size, it's quiet and very efficient and controlled by a remote that is parked in a holder they mounted by the door.

You should be ashamed. When I spoke with the man at the front desk, he flat out lied and told me he had called me “multiple times today” and even “yesterday.” That never happened. Then he tried to make it my fault that they couldn’t schedule my plumbing this week since I missed these phone calls that were never made in the first place. That isn’t just bad service, it’s gaslighting.
And here’s the part that really makes me pause. When you search “Pipe Pros Newton, IA,” it actually links to a place called “Pipe Pro” in Cedar Rapids that does commercial and industrial work. So it looks like your reviews might be showing up under the wrong business. But when I read through those negative reviews, the pattern is clear. The stories of bias, mistreatment, and even homophobia line up with what I experienced.
If you are the kind of company that runs over protestors because you don’t like what they say, then of course you would lie to customers, blame them, and decide who gets service based on personal or political views. Pipe Pros, Warnick Mechanical, whatever name you use, you’ve shown exactly who you are. I hope it feels worth it to treat people this way.
