I am so thrilled with these guys. Not only were they able to come out on the same day that I called them, but they were professional and quick. They had my main line cleared in a matter of minutes. The price they charged was more than fair. Ohio drain doctors will be my go to plumbers from now on. Great service. Thank you so much for coming out on a terribly cold and snowy day to get my pipes cleared. You guys are the best!

I called to have a main drain unclogged. Within 20 mins the tech was at the residence. Very friendly. It was after hours so the price was a little higher but reasonable. Got the drain unclogged. Will definitely use again. The other companies I called wouldn’t come out but Walts did. So thank you for being quick and professional.
Update: Used Walts to replace a main plumbing stack after my initial plumber bailed on me. After calling multiple plumbing companies in Marion and they either don’t answer, don’t respond to messages or quote a super high price; I used Walts.
They are by far the best plumbing company in Marion. They are fast, professional, do quality work and at a good price.

So! Yesterday afternoon around 4pm, we attempted to do a DIY replacement of our outside faucets. After replacing the first one successfully, well, let’s say the second one didn’t work out. Found out it was the original faucet on our 53 year old house. It untorqued so easily like the threaded one replaced not 15 minutes earlier. I basically twisted off the pipe until in snapped off. Too easy! My hub called RotoRooter being that it was the first company that popped up on a web search. We were supposed to be serviced yesterday and after waiting until 1:30pm today, they had no guarantee as to when anyone would be out. As there was no separate shut-off valve for this water line and tired of being without water, I left messages to a couple places and I had avoided calling the last place I called as I have had experience with them before (not a bad one, just that they had admitted it was a bigger job than they could do for the issues I was having and at the time I felt it was a wasted service call). I called them out of desperation and he answered right away. He dispatched one of his crew (Logan, I think was his name). The owner was out of town and Logan was at a family event and would be available till later. No problem, we get that and hated that we had to spoil his weekend with family, but he came out around 6:30 today and was done with the job by 8pm and half the cost that we expected. I will say if I ever need work again for plumbing repairs I will call again because they were truthful with me the first time and I should not have hesitated calling them yesterday. Thank you
