It was a holiday and pricy fix. Plumber was good and addressed the leak, but didn't address the real culprit. Stated that everything that water touched was replaced new, but only what you could see from the surface. Left the old flange (culprit) in place. I had to address it myself when I pulled the toilet to lay down the new flooring. Didn't bother to clean up debris when he installed new toilet. Bottom line: over priced, under delivered. I won't be using them again. I didn't give them an opportunity to fix my concerns, I didn't have the time. Just average work. Update: Nobody ever tried to reach out from their Management. I guess they're too busy.

Technician was courteous and fixed the problem pretty quick (~1.5 hrs) with no leaks. I’m not a plumber and have never soldered pipes and didn’t want to learn today so I was willing to pay the price. Photos of before and after cost me $780. Extremely conservative parts estimate would be like $50, so that leaves labor at like $300 an hour.

Steve and his apprentice arrived at my home at 2pm and stayed until after 7pm to complete the tankless water installation. They worked efficiently and professionally in a knowledgeable manner. Getting hot shower water in 1 minute was an amazing experience and we are totally grateful. Thank you. Wagner has done great work at my home from electrical upgrades, minisplit, light fixtures installation and now the tank less water installation. I appreciate your quick response and professionalism.

Great company and great service from Corey Lucero and his co worker. They were informative, polite and quick to get the work done. Very happy with them. Had tankless hot water tank flushed, price great for that. Installed garbage disposal that I had purchased, maybe a little high on that. Would call again.

TLDR: The service was fast and effective. However, they hooked up my washer wrong in a way that would have easily destroyed it over time. Wagner sent two servicemen, who initially thought they would only have a 50% chance of clearing the washer drain. Then I pointed out a cut-out in the dry wall that seemed to involve access to a pipe. Turns out that was the cleanout. After that, it took less than 30 minutes to resolve the issue. They also performed a free evaluation of my water heater, noticing and fixing a small settings issue in regards proper installation code. Everything mentioned above was a 5 star service. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is we noticed the washer getting extremely hot when used after their visit. It turns out they connected the hot line to the cold input of the washer. This swap happened due to them needing extra room to access the cleanout behind the washer. This would have quickly destroyed the washer if unnoticed, which can easily happen if you set it and leave.
