He made a great recommendation for a longer term fix related to how our gutters are set up and was affordably priced. He even was nice enough to look at my neighbor’s drain as well.

Let me start by saying...what a pleasant guy. Eddie is out here doing God’s work when it comes to plumbing services. There’s a reason he has 421 five-star reviews, and I truly couldn’t wait to add to that.
I had a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink where the drain pipe had completely disconnected, causing water to leak into a bucket. I called Eddie and a few other plumbers, and not only was he more than fair with his pricing, but he also squeezed me in on short notice.
In addition, he took the time to talk with me and help diagnose the issue beforehand so it would be a better use of everyone’s time. I can honestly say that I have found my forever plumber.

We called Victor Sewer for our sewer problem in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Eddie has arrived - and confronted a really a bad problem with our sewer in the house. It took a lot of time, because the system was severly blocked, not mention the roots in it etc. Anyway, we cannt say how happy we were with the company and sewer cleaning provided. Price was fair for the big work done! We highly recommend Victor Sewer and Drain Services for all your sewer and/or Drain needs in Brooklyn and NYC!

I was on vacation when my mother notified me about a quickly rising house stoppage. At first I called Roto Rooter who cleared it but the price was incredibly expensive. They then told me that severe work was required costing thousands to efficiently address the problem. I felt that they were trying to convince me to do unnecessary work.
I contacted Victor sewer and I met with Eddie. I was provided a camera inspection with clearly showed the issue wasn't as bad as indicated. Eddie gathered his tools and addressed the situation efficiently and removed the minor obstruction from the line for a reasonable price.
I have another project that needs plumbing requirements and Victor drain is who I will be contacting.

Eddy answered my call when my sewer main backed up last year THE NIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING. No one else answered except him and his prices were still reasonable. Needless to say, he came very quickly and cleared my issues potentially saving me from a major disaster over the holidays. That's an A+ in my book!
