Evan and his team are great! They got a drain cleaning job done for me in the same day!
I had a flooded basement from a sewer main backup. They cleaned up all the mess and still managed to answer my phone calls while working through it.
He went through the invoice charges before sending out the bill and made sure I understood what they had done.

I have had 2 experiences with Universal Plumbing and Heating, and they were both excellent experience. Both times, Evan and his team were able to schedule me into their busy day. They were able to repair the furnace and replace the sump pump in a timely manner. I'll be definitely calling Universal for any of my future home mechanical issues and highly recommend.

I have had 3 interactions with Evan and his team at Universal Plumbing & Heating. My first incident was where we had a big leak happening at our water tank. Evan and his team came by ASAP, had a replacement water tank ready and done by the next day. Not only that but he was very professional, passionate and genuinely seems to love what he does. He also educated myself as his client (do's and don'ts, things that were should have been done by previous installers, the whys and etc. - it was a great learning experience personally). Evan has also gone above and beyond and helping me diagnose some issues with another property I own. Would recommend them all the time no questions asked!

Had an emergency water issue , Evan asked for a description of the problem and made an effort to make it out to my house within a few hours. He figured out the issue and fixed it very fast. He was very friendly, his prices where amazing and definitely has a new returning customer. If anyone has any plumbing and heating issues I'd recommend giving these guys a call.

My old furnace broke down in the middle of winter so I had to call a plumbing and heating company. Universal Plumbing and Heating was the only place that was able to send someone down to my house the next day. When they came they where very friendly and professional and replaced my furnace that day. I would recommend them to anyone I was very pleased with the service they provided.
