We had a pipe which was very rusty and in bad shape in general. We werent sure if we should get it descaled or lined as well. We called Trusty and they were able to get to us very quickly. After sending a camera down the line, they recommended that we have it descaled and lined. We had contacted other companies before Trusty, all of which were very costly or unresponsive. Derek was very professional and personable throughout the entire process, from the estimate consult through the finished product and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. We would highly recommend Trusty.

We used Trusty to line our main drain pipe leaving the house. Our house was built in the 60’s and the cast iron pipe was beginning to collapse with sections pulling apart. After considering all the options, we opted to line/sleave the pipe. This repair saved us $1000s of dollars compared to digging up and replacing the pipe. Had we not done this, I’m certain our pipe would have collapsed in a few years. The technology is very impressive and it was a simple process. Highly recommend this over the alternatives. We have also used them for other plumbing repairs and a water filter installation. Great staff and prices.

Fixed and replaced in no time and with someone who paid such close attention to derail is a huge relief! I’ve had some shady plumbing companies come in and try to upsell me and this was NOT the case! I seriously can’t recommend enough! I will certainly be calling them again if need be without hesitation! The best in the biz
