Alex was professional and thorough. I was asking a ton of questions along the way and he was very patient with making sure I knew what was going on. I never felt like I was getting something I didn’t need or overcharged. Experience was much better than I had with other companies.
I don’t remember her name but the person I talked to when I first called was also great! I’ll definitely call them again if and when I need a plumber. Cheers

Wanted to give a big shout out to David, Cody and their team. We had a big leak and needed help immediately with it being a holiday. I was worried that we were not going to get anybody out to the house soon enough but they were there almost immediately. Look no further. You have found your new plumber! I called TV on a rec from my Dad, who was super pleased with whatever he had done. David showed up, friendly and professional, and started investigating why my disposal stopped working. He was so thorough that he was able to determine it was a simple electrical issue - which he fixed! David proceeded to cheerfully answer several low level questions I had about my condo conversion plumbing. The amount of information this man gave me in 5 minutes was astonishing. I feel so confident (excited even!) to work with David and True Value on all of my future plumbing projects. You should, too!
