We had a leak in our main water pipe so we called them and they came the very next morning. Trey, Kaden, Patch, Dusty and Brian came out multiple times to help us figure out the best solution. They were able to get the job done as quickly as possible all while providing quality work. They were very kind, respectful and honest men. We would definitely call them again if we ever needed them!

Few months back got water heater bid. Good price & nice people. Had to lower the pressure for the system. Replaced broken shower handle as well. Nice and quick. Pressure is awful now. Run any two things get almost 5 psi. Came back out and swapped pressure regulator. Same issue. Their only answer to swap out all pipes for like 10k, take off regulator but that voids warranty, or live with terrible pressure. Essentially can't solve it so let's replace everything. Not a reasonable option after already dropping thousands.

Jeremy was great, efficient, and explained the different prices so I could make the right choice for me. He assured me prices are competitive and I had a new water heater within a couple hours the same day I called- no appointment emergency type situation. My dogs loved him so what more so you need to know.

I received a quote from Towers Plumbing to replace a sink disposal, and I was honestly shocked. Kaiden quoted me $900 for what is typically a straightforward job that takes about 30 minutes. When I asked about the cost of the disposal itself, I was told he couldn’t provide that—but after doing my own research, even a high-end unit runs around $200.
What made this even more frustrating is that my husband ended up replacing it himself in about an hour, and the part only cost us $140. That really put into perspective how inflated the quote felt.
I completely understand that professionals need to charge for their time and expertise, but this felt excessively marked up and far beyond what would be considered fair for the work involved. It left me questioning the transparency and pricing practices. I just don’t see how this kind of pricing is justified.

The guy was very professional showed me everything he was doing. Recommended some things to me ended up being all good. Everything was good except a few things that I can think about down the road, but he was a very good person. You guys are lucky to have him thanks for sending him.
