Our basement toilet and shower started backing up on a Friday evening. We were put in touch with a gentleman named Ray. So kind and very professional, fixed our problem in no time. So glad we met with Ray, truly a honest man. Very please with his work and the knowledge he carries with him. Will use them again if ever needed.

The technician showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and explained everything clearly before starting the work.

Ray came out for the second time. He reinstalled a sink, toilet, and plugged the old shower drain. He is extremely knowledgable about his craft and is very professional and kind. I appreciate his help! I hope he gets to go to The Grain Shed at some time this summer!
