Matt Tinnell and Michael were very professional, organized, informative, diligent and showed me what I needed to know. I am glad l started using Drexler when I did. I appreciate all their work to install my new furnace. I am also glad I am on Drexler’s maintenance program and know they will check my furnace and A/C twice a year.

My A/C unit went off and the thermostat had a code 84 and a message relating to a high pressure warning. I tried trouble shooting by turning the thermostat off, spraying off the grass/debris on the outside "vents" of the unit, replaced the filter, flipped the breaker off for a few minutes then flipped it back on, and turned the thermostat to cool. It did not cool just showed the message again. Called Tom Drexler to get a service repairman/tech and set up an appointment for the next morning (Sunday). I kept the unit off for about 4 hours (until it cooled off outside) then turned the thermostat back to cool. It came right on and cooled the house down. The repairman (Michael Sarras) called me first thing Sunday morning and I told him the unit was working now but definitely wanted it checked out. He arrived in the time frame he had given me and was very polite, respectful, and professional. He examined the thermostat, furnace, and A/C unit and found that I had a capacitor that needed replaced. He also noted a few things that I might wish to replace or add to help with the life of my unit. He gave me several options to consider. I went with just replacing the capacitor and cleaning the unit. I was very satisfied with Michael 's service.

Austin had been to my house previously for another unrelated plumbing issue so it was nice to be able to have a familiar face do the repair. He also got a chance to see his work from before still in pristine condition and perfect working order. Just like last time he was amazing. He was very clear with the repairs and costs and explained everything. He answered any questions and was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Very pleasant to while working and patient explaining the process. Service really was hassle free and thorough! Tried Tom Drexler because if $99 clean out special. Very satisfied and pleasantly surprised! Definitely recommend!
