Dan was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem.
My cast iron toilet flange was cracked. Dan installed a Danco repair flange, replaced the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet.
The bill came out to $625 for 1.75 hrs of work, which included an extra $275 to chip away some tile to make room for the repair flange.
I understand I am also paying for Dan’s knowledge, so you can decide if his price is fair. Ultimately, I felt taken advantage of and overcharged, especially with the extra $275 for chipping away tile.
Although Dan was prompt and resolved the problem, the work performed did not justify the price. Therefore, I would not reconsider TNT Plumbing for future service and will look elsewhere.

We recently had our natural gas tankless water heater repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The job turned out to be more complex than expected, involving repairs to the exhaust pipe, the piping to the heater, and replacing several parts that had to be ordered in. While it took about two weeks to get everything completed, the plumber kept us updated throughout the process and made sure the work was done right. Everything is working perfectly now, and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable plumbing service!

Dan literally defines the meaning of integrity!!
A phenomenal communicator he replaced our water heater quickly, efficiently and got it done at a remarkable price!! He worked with me and was able to deal with the unexpected quirks dealing with my situation!
He got it done for $4000 less than Len the Conman quoted me!!
He never tried to haggle with me over the price!! No stress and a man of his word he gave a quote and stuck to it all the way thru!
He and his son are remarkable human beings! And there’s absolutely no doubt who I’m calling for our next emergency service needs!!

I contacted Dan a little bit over a week ago. We had some mold removed from our basement and it unearthed the main sewer line in the walls. It looked awful and corroded. I was able to get an estimate with Dan and discussed estimates with my wife and Dan came in around the same as them all however he had more experience and nothing trumps experience. We had the piping removed today and also had a laundry sink removed and a new one installed with new cut off valves. Hopefully we won't need any plumbing work done anytime soon but if we do, we will be calling Dan back.
