We had a backup flooding from out main sewer line Thanksgiving weekend, and while the emergency plumber did a great job clearing the jam and identifying a root problem, they couldn't fix it for several weeks. TLC Patriot returned my call quickly when I asked about availability and had a crew here the same day. I dug down and found the broken Clean Out section myself, but they had a crew come in, scoop away the majority of the soil, and replace the part and fix the line in only a few hours. Quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced, I was relieved to put this problem behind us as winter moves in. I know who to call should we need more help in the future.

Our landscaping company, The Grounds Guys of Billings, recently (and unexpectedly) worked with TLC - Patriot Septic and Excavation on a residential project. While excavating for a retaining wall, our crew noticed a leak in the homeowner's cistern. The homeowner reached out to TLC - Patriot and they were onsite within a few hours. We collaborated with them on a plan to address the leak while keeping the retaining wall construction on schedule. TLC - Patriot executed the plan flawlessly. The construction was completed on-time and the homeowner was extremely pleased with the entire process. The TLC - Patriot team was professional, highly competent, and a pleasure to work with.

We had a leak in our cistern or plumbing into our house and asked TLC - Patriot to clean the cistern and search for the leak. Our tank was fine, but after excavation of the pipe to the house they found a tree root had cracked the plastic pipe and we were losing a great deal of water each day. They repaired the leak, and backfilled the large hole created to find the leak. They were easy to schedule, performed good work and were very friendly.
