We had a new refrigerator delivered and quickly realized the existing water line and shutoff valve needed to be replaced before it would work properly. JP from TJK Plumbing was able to come out the same day, gave a fair and straightforward quote, and completed the work quickly.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly before he left. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I would absolutely call TJK Plumbing again and recommend JP without hesitation.

Tim from TJK Plumbing was outstanding. He cleared my clogged shower drain and updated the piping under my kitchen sink, and the entire experience was extremely professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. The price was fair, and the quality of his work really showed. TJK Plumbing did a great job of replacing our toilet on a Saturday! We had used them for our kitchen and bathroom sinks when we moved in, and they had done a great job of those. Our toilet started to leak around the base on Friday night, and I emailed TJK using their online form. Early Saturday morning I got an email back from them asking for more details and saying they could send a plumber as early as that morning or afternoon. The plumber, Matt J, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and transparent with us upon checking everything, and gave us multiple quotes. He was able to replace our toilet with a new one of our choice, which he went out and purchased for us, and we love the work he did. Overall we are very happy with TJK Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

Wow! Super impressed with TJK. Our friend Nate is a plumber and had referred us to them bc it was an emergency and he was booked. Kyle came out and immediately found the leak. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He even took time to show me the issue and explain the problem. He even went above and beyond to test our water softener after he discovered our water is hard bc it hadn't been working properly.
Even though circumstances were not ideal with a pipe that had burst, Kyle made the process easy. I highly recommend TJK based off our positive experience with them!

I needed a faucet installed and the water reconnected in my basement kitchenette. They charged $472.50 (almost entirely labor) and that didn't even include the standard $60 trip fee. The work was done well, and the tech was fine but I'm sure I could have found a cheaper option if I didn't have any time constraints. I was glad they were able to come out on short notice though. I had them out earlier for some quotes on other stuff and I ended up finding a cheaper option elsewhere for that other work. Three stars isn't reflective of any issues with the work. They're just definitely not the most affordable option out there.
