My wife and I have been loyal customers of TJK Plumbing for many years, and experiences like this are precisely why.
Yesterday, a hose on our kitchen sink sprayer broke, soaking both of us unexpectedly. TJK Plumbing was able to come out first thing the very next morning. Not only did they quickly repair the faucet issue, but they also noticed that our water heater was leaking. They were able to replace it with a new water heater that carries a 12-year warranty, which made us very happy.
I mentioned that I had been unhappy with the shower head in our upstairs bathroom. Without hesitation, they replaced it at no cost for parts or labor. This isn't the first time TJK Plumbing has gone above and beyond for us, and it's one of the many reasons we truly value working with this company.
They are consistently professional, punctual, courteous, and always leave the work area clean. Josh and Dan, my hat's off to both of you for your outstanding service today.
I wouldn't consider using any other company than TJK Plumbing.

Josh was pleasant and went right to work, at finding the problem. He was very professional and efficient in his work and very informative throughout the entire process. We had a new refrigerator delivered and quickly realized the existing water line and shutoff valve needed to be replaced before it would work properly. JP from TJK Plumbing was able to come out the same day, gave a fair and straightforward quote, and completed the work quickly.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly before he left. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I would absolutely call TJK Plumbing again and recommend JP without hesitation.

I needed a faucet installed and the water reconnected in my basement kitchenette. They charged $472.50 (almost entirely labor) and that didn't even include the standard $60 trip fee. The work was done well, and the tech was fine but I'm sure I could have found a cheaper option if I didn't have any time constraints. I was glad they were able to come out on short notice though. I had them out earlier for some quotes on other stuff and I ended up finding a cheaper option elsewhere for that other work. Three stars isn't reflective of any issues with the work. They're just definitely not the most affordable option out there.

Tim from TJK Plumbing was outstanding. He cleared my clogged shower drain and updated the piping under my kitchen sink, and the entire experience was extremely professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. The price was fair, and the quality of his work really showed.
