We were referred to Tim's Home Services by a family friend. Called them for PVB and water softener replacement. Great price for the work done. Friendly and professional interactions with everyone from this company. Would definitely recommend.

Had a bad leak in a bathtub faucet. Called Tim's Home Services in Osseo I found in an on-line ad. I had never used them before. I spoke with Nikki and she was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was like talking to someone I knew. She promised someone would be out to take care of this problem within 2 hours and Lonn came out within 2 hours. Promise delivered.
This was not just a leaky bathtub faucet, it was a small stream from a 45 year old faucet that was wasting a lot of our hot water. Lonn took care of the problem 20 minutes with parts needed already in his truck. And the price we were charged was reasonable. Lonn told me he has worked for 25 years at Tim's Home Services. I asked him to check another problem. He found the problem immediately, provided an estimate and at my request will be returning in a few days to fix this problem.
I seldom take the time to rate services received because I am usually generally satisfied. However, I feel Tim's Home Services went the extra mile to provide a needed service quickly at a reasonable price and exceptionally friendly people to deal with. Based on my first experience, I highly recommend Tim's Home Services. They deliver the service they promise.

Our plumber, Ruslan was excellent! He thoroughly explained what our issue was and what the solution was . He was extremely knowledgeable. He also did a check of all systems having to do with plumbing to let us know if there were other issues that should be dealt with now or in the future. I cannot rate this guy high enough! He was fabulous! Very polite and prompt.

These guys are great! Sean, our technician was so nice. We had multiple things that needed to be done in our house. He gave us a fair estimate, and wasn’t pushy. Sean was very knowledgeable and great at what he does. We are very so happy with all the work. We will call them again and specifically ask for Sean.

This was our first time using Tim’s and we were extremely happy with the experience! From scheduling, to our estimate with Jeremy, and service with Jake and another newer team member - everything was fantastic. The employees were all very friendly and personable, and the price was fair and work was well done. Next time we need someone I will be calling Tim’s again!
