Roger and Hayden are by far, the most professional and courteous people i’ve ever encountered with home service. They did a great job with the installation and left no mess whatsoever! Our family is so very pleased with the services received. We previously had electrical work and today we’ve had HVAC work. The speedy response and resolution is greatly appreciated! The technician today, Corey B, is top notch! So kind, honest, and does great work! He did give us a heads up that what we were attempting to do may not full resolve our concerns, but it did!!! We do appreciate the warning so we didn’t get our hopes up, but it worked out beyond amazingly!!! Thank you Corey and thank you Tim Ferguson for all that you do!

Reggie came out today in the freezing cold to fix a broken hot water line. He was FANTASTIC! When you get exceptional service, great person and your problem solved all at once, you consider that a blessing. People as kind, hardworking and efficient as Reggie are a rare find these days. We are grateful for the service. We are so excited to have hot water. We give Tim Ferguson 10 out of 10 stars and Reggie gets all the praise for this review. AC went out right as it was starting to get hot outside. I called and got an appointment next day. Technician came out was nice and respectful. Found the issue quickly and replaced the part. Air conditioning back up in running in less than an hour. Great service. Definitely recommend 👌.

So far, so good. Arrived promptly. Polite. Knowledgeable in the field of light fixture replacement issues. Now I need to shop for a new fixture so they can start fresh with new wiring and putting in a new fixture when I find a new one that suits the particular room. I did sign up for a year's service. So this story is not finished yet.
