My furnace ended up dying on us. We had to fight a terrible home warranty service tooth and nail to get a meager check back to put towards the bill. Fortunately Taylor had our back through the whole process, checking in with me weekly and offering help as needed. Finally settled with the warranty company and Taylor got us a bundle deal on replacing both furnace and AC to keep peace of mind and avoid future higher costs. The installation crew did a good job. Only small improvement would be clean up. We had to do a good vacuum and mopping after they left, but otherwise they were polite and did good work as far as I know.

Very thorough and went over all the options available. My unit is 20+ years old. I could have gone with a parts repair to get it up and running, but for how long?? With no pressure to replace I decided to take the leap and purchased a new unit. Less stress and repairs down the road. They took the time to get it up and cooling at no charge, my install is scheduled in two days. GREAT company and will recommend to everyone.

Alex and Nick were our saving grace when our furnace fizzled out and died on one of the coldest weekend nights of the winter. Thankfully, Thelen had emergency services (a lifesaver in MN when you have -25 windchills and water pipes - not to mention humans - that you don't want frozen) and Alex was here in no time to help. Nick came a bit later to help us pick out the new furnace. They helped us arrange alternate heat sources so we could function until it was installed. Right away on Monday morning they installed the new furnace and it is absolutely fantastic. It is so efficient and it has greatly increased the comfort level of our home. Nick and Alex were great to work with - friendly, honest, professional, and never pushy. We highly recommend Thelen - friendly staff, sound character, and superb service!

Had a tune up on the furnace, had them go through it and do some maintenance and repairs. Was beyond happy with the service from the office to the technicians that came out. Shout out too the guys that came out Bryan and Cal were knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. Would recommend these guys over and over again. 👍🏻

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Thelen Plumbing on 4/10/26. I have been experiencing low water pressure for quite some time (at least 2 1/2 years). I've replaced my well pump last year and was told it was pumping 30 GPM. I replaced my hot water heater last fall. However the tech that came out still could not determine the cause of my low water pressure. He diagnosed the pressure was fine if only using one faucet, but as soon as you used another, the pressure immediately dropped. He ran several pressure gauge tests, but ultimately could not determine a cause - he writes, "my hunch is that the well tank and tea needs to be replaced as well as there may be an issue coming from the well pump."
I feel like I called a professional plumber to tell me the cause, not to give me his "hunch". I could have had my neighbor come over and give me his hunch.
While he didn't charge me a diagnostic fee, he did charge the trip fee. Again, I could have had my neighbor come over and I would be no closer to a resolution.
In the end, his suggestion was to buy a new well tank at the cost of just under $3,000 to "potentially" fix the issue. I'm sorry, but I'm not shelling out $3,000 to see if that fixes the issue.
This is exactly why people do not call plumbers they do know and charge money without figuring out the issue.
I expect more from a professional plumber.
