We had a fantastic experience with Waterworks. After dealing with another company that immediately jumped to worst-case scenarios and expensive recommendations, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a team that focused on solving the actual problem.
Not only were they professional and responsive, but they completed the work faster and at a significantly lower cost than the previous company quoted. Most importantly, they got it right the first time. The issue that kept returning after only 30 days with the previous contractor has not come back once since Waterworks completed the job.
Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, didn't use scare tactics, and treated us with honesty and respect. It's rare to find companies that combine great service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing, but they absolutely delivered.
Highly recommend Waterworks to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who stand behind their work.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Our Waterworks experience was completely satisfactory. Our appointment time was kept as promised and even though we could not duplicate our backup issue for the technician to observe, he provided valuable recommendations and suggestions for our situation. Over half an hour of professional time was devoted by the technician yet there was no fee charged! We think that was terrific! We are repeat customers and continue to recommend Waterworks to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

Our experience with the Waterworks and especially with Emily. Our technician, was outstanding. They had an opening that morning, and she was efficient, thorough, and communicative. When she realized that she didn’t have a part that matched our existing hardware, she made an appointment to come back, and quickly fixed everything. We were incredibly pleased with the work and the communication.

The Waterworks plumbing company provided a pleasant and efficient plumber to open up my outside drain from the street to the sump pump. They did this for me about five years ago. My service man was very professional and took care to do his best. Price increased significantly in five years but otherwise, I’m satisfied with the outcome. They did however, offer once again a senior discount.
