We have used The Rooter Guys for 20 years. 2 weeks ago we have a plumbing back up and had to call on a Sunday. Spoke to Rachel who is friendly and awesome. Also very understanding of the situation. She sent Micheal who was professional and nice. He came back on Monday just to check again to make sure my pipes were cleared. I appreciate them both and highly recommend them! Thanks Rooter Guys!

These guys were the best! From the time I called and Rachel answered I felt like they cared! They fit us in the same afternoon and we had a clog and could not use water until it was resolved, it had already been 2 days of us trying to do it ourselves so at this point we were desperate..They were very understanding and compassionate about this and made us a priority. They sent us Matt and he could not have been better to us, he was so throughout and efficient, kind and helpful, he walked and talked my husband through every step and even taught him a thing or two!
He had us with running water and no clog in just 2 hours!
We felt it was a very fair price on a normal day but even more so for same day service.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing there services and will be singing there praises to anyone who will listen!

Can’t say enough great things about this company! Personable staff, competitive pricing & their honesty beats the competition every time! Michael completed two toilet replacements and a shower install in our older home without a single issue. He was extremely timely and we look forward to using these guys again for any plumbing needs. Solid company with solid people.

They came out on schedule following a plumbing contractor coming 3 days in a row and then telling us they had no idea where the problem was. Josh, from Rooter Guys immediately narrowed down the problem and diagnosed it as years of grease from the kitchen resulting in plugging lines to Washing Machine.He also took the extra step to verify by using a camera throughout the lines. This is who we will call first as they specialize in plumbing and drain issues.

I setup an appointment a month in advance to get my septic pumped. I received a confirmation email the day before for 8am appointment. Nobody showed up at 8 and called the company at 9 and I was told they were running late and would be at my house shortly. To make a long story short, I called the company every 1 to 1.5 hours and was given excuse after excuse and they would be there shortly. I let them know I had a concrete cutter waiting to do some work after my tank was pumped, they assured me that someone will be there so I decided to keep him at my house even though it was costing me extra. Finally at 2:30pm I called again and they said it would be best if I found another company to pump my tank. It's Friday at 230, pretty sure I wasn't going to find a company to pump my tank unless it was an emergency. So disappointed with the run around, I would have preferred them say they screwed up so I could make other arrangements. Side note: I took a chance and called DRAIN PLUS around 3pm, they sent a guy out within and hour and pumped my tank for regular price. Highly recommend Drain Plus!
