We have used Plumbing Pro at both our apartment complex and at home. They have always done a spectacular job, prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing great service at a reasonable price. The office staff is very efficient and will work with your schedule.

This review is for the Missouri side as there is apparently a Kansas side as well per the magnet on our refrigerator.
This is a long overdue review as the work was done 2/22/23 by Danny per the Contract ticket# 788813. He was EXCELLENT in every way!
Have lived in this house since 1999 & every plumber has always cleaned the large clean out that is located near the back of the house. We were originally working with Dick Ray Plumbing and they cleaned out a ton of tree roots from this clean out.
However, Dick Ray Plumbing, had a scheme going. There was 2 guys that came out. One was a young man that did the work and used the auger, while the older "salesman" tried to convince us that if this didn't work to unclog the line causing the sewer water backing up in the basement, that we'd have to replace the drain pipe to the water meter out by the side walk near the street. Estimated at $5,000 to $7,000. Go figure, the clean out of tree roots didn't work and we had sewer water backing up in our basement again within a couple of days.
Thankfully, I've worked for a lot of "salesmen" BSers in my life and I was pretty sure he was trying to con my husband and I.
We called The Plumbing Pro for help and a second opinion. First time ever I was made aware there was a clean out at the front of the house, because no one has ever attempted to clean that clean out before. Always the large one at the back of the house.
The one at the front of our house is small and inconspicuous to me. But not to Danny. He cleaned it out and we haven't had a problem since. That was over 3 years ago. Cost was less than $150 then. Thank you for your excellent work and professionalism!

The Plumbing Pros were great to work with from first phone call to set the appointment to completion of the project. We had a 10 foot section of the main line replaced and was a 1 day job. After receiving multiple bids we chose them as they were fair on their pricing, upfront about concerns and expectations, and stand behind the work provided. They showed up when they said they would be there and completed in a timely after after. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing work done.

Steve, Kate and Chris were phenomenal. Incredibly warm, professional and honest about pricing, the process, and the testing itself---we recieved soil testing on a potential lot to build. I will be using their services in the future! 10/10 highly recommend
