We had a fantastic experience with The Gentlemen Pro's. They handled multiple jobs for us in 1 visit. I was really impressed with dedication. Riley and Renee stayed from 1:30-11pm to make sure everything was completed properly and working perfectly.
Riley was very good at explaining what was going to be done and what it was going to cost. He brought in rugs and drop-cloths to protect everything and they both wore booties. They were polite and professional, even mindful of my cats!
They left everything clean and tidy, even wiping out my cabinets! Renee explained what work was completed and demonstrated that it was working.
I continue to be impressed with this company, I have used them 2x's before, right from the receptionist to the invoice.

(Apr 9/26) I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Julian J. from The Gentlemen Pros today. I initially called for a smart doorbell and thermostat install in my 1979 home, but Julian’s expertise helped me identify and fix several critical safety issues I didn’t even know I had.
He found and fixed a broken grounding line (running a beautiful new copper line through to the breaker) and replaced a dangerous back-stabbed switches and an outlet and that was receding into the wall. Julian was incredibly personable, funny, and professional. He answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel pressured, he was adamant that it was my house and my choice every step of the way.
I ended up upgrading my kitchen lighting and adding a security light because I trusted his work so much. I even signed up for their membership program because the value and quality are lightyears ahead of what I was getting elsewhere. If you need an electrician in Calgary who is honest, skilled, and actually cares about your home’s safety, ask for Julian!
UPDATE (Apr 21/26): I just finished a major infrastructure overhaul, including a new furnace, tankless water heater, and water conditioner. The entire crew was fantastic. Andre, Will, and Denny worked incredibly hard over two days to navigate the challenges of the 1979 foundation and city coordination. Denny and Will were especially helpful with their technical explanations and making sure I understood the new systems.
Martin (Electrician) was also excellent. He provided a very clear breakdown of the electrical needs and made that part of the project seamless.
It’s a lot of work to have done at once, but this team made it feel manageable. High-quality work all around!
UPDATE (May 8/26): I’m updating my review specifically to shout out Martin K for his incredible work on my new electrical panel installation. Despite a major scheduling mix-up from the utility provider that pushed our start time to the afternoon, Martin handled the chaos like a total pro.
He worked efficiently to prep everything so that when the power was could be cut, he could hit a very tight window for the city inspector. He made it under the wire, got the pass, and had my power back on much faster than expected.
Beyond the panel and the new Clean Volt surge protector (which he took the time to explain thoroughly), he even went the extra mile to fix a persistent power issue with my Google Nest thermostat. It turned out to be a wiring quirk in the furnace from the HVAC install, but he sorted it out quickly, and the is no more power error! If you want someone who is technically brilliant, calm under pressure, and honest about what you actually need, ask for Martin.

Spencer is a very conscientious worker and detailed. He is careful with the floorings and every little bit of stuff he is surrounded with and also makes detailed recommendations that help the client with making current and future bathroom options. The toilet bowl he installed I thought would be too tall for me (am only 5 feet) and too round as I’m used to the usual oval. It’s so nice after he installed it and very water efficient and yes my feet are not dangling. Also being round, it’s not too big and makes my space look bigger. Love it, Zach, I mean Spencer🤣. And yes I kept turning on the light to look at it, repeatedly. Super thanks! Already looking forward to my next project 👍

We had a wonderful experience with Andre from The Gentlemen Pros. He installed our new hot water tank and Nuvo H2O system, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Andre was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident about how everything works. The installation was smooth, professional, and done with great care. Carter and Jeremy came today morning to fix a problem with tap water. The both guys were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did an amazing Job. I am very satisfied with the work done today and now I have peace of mind that I found a reliable , trustworthy and very good company. The price was very reasonable for the work done. I highly recommend this company . Five stars for CARTER and JEREMY.I am highly impressed and stay with this company forever. JULIAN J. came to my house to fix one of electrical issue .
