His colleague, Robert, worked side by side. Andres Velasquez was kind and helpful in explaining the scope of work and cost. It was a collaborative team process to determine the problem and plan the needed remediation.

Justin Ojeda was fantastic to work with! His initial service call was because of a “special drain cleaning” ad in a local circular! He was very considerate in keeping things clean and undamaged, friendly personality, and thorough! He was back the next day to do a needed power wash and the entire crew was also friendly, neat, and thorough! And, the company honored another company’s lower price! Very happy with them all!

Steven and his team were hard workers and very professional. They showed up and went to work. They told me what was needed to be done and showed me pics and just walked me through each step. I didn’t expect it would be such a huge job. When a sewer pipe bursts it becomes a big job. I’m just grateful these guys stayed with me for the 3 days and explaining everything that was happening. They were very open and explained their whole process. Also a big thanks to Andres as well for showing me pics of the pipes and also keeping me calm and not stress out. I am really grateful for this team. Thank you so much Angel and Edwin.

I think Team Rooter is an excellent company. They’re reliable, friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company.
I dealt with Kevin Zamora who is by far the best at his job! He was very clean, before he left everyday he disinfected the entire area that he was working in. He kept me informed as he progressed in fixing my sewer pipes. I had piping that was cracked from the second story all the way down under my house and they finished in a timely manner.
Team Rooter has decent pricing which is great for me because I’m retired and on a fixed income.
