Team Rooter had great customer service. They were very responsive and quickly came out to service our work. The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. I would definitely recommend Team Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.

Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. I’ve called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Shout out to Brian for helping us figure out the kitchen leak! It was not an easy one.

We were quoted 2,200 to replace a circulation pump on the water heater to diminish the time for water to get hot. Seemed extremely high to me, but hubby signed off on it, so there we were. Plumber came back the next day, installed the thing in about 30 minutes, after showing up two hours later than the time frame quoted. Turns out nothing worked.
Called the company and another plumber came out who adjusted the pump. Still nothing. He then determined that he needed to come back with supervisor and it turned out that the pump was wrong, the setting was wrong, everything was wrong. Finally, on the fourth visit after me spending several days changing my schedule so I could be home, the new pump was installed.
The supervisor had the gall to charge me an additional 525 to pay for the second plumber.
I will never, ever work with this company again after having to pay 2,725 for a simple pump replacement. I feel totally ripped off!

Team Rooter will be my only call moving forward for plumbing problems or needs. They quickly scheduled and cleared my piping blockage. They were very professional, communicative and clean.
Andrew Diaz, specifically, was as good as it gets when you've in this situation. He was on time, very professional, clean, but most importantly genuine. He let me know what the best options were to deal with an ongoing problem and suggested some temp options until I decided which permanent solution I wanted to pursue in the next few days. He cleared my drain and cleaned up so well it was as if it never happened. Went above and beyond my expectations! I could see him running a company some day. Very much appreciate him.
To anyone reading this review, feel confident in Team Rooter and if you can get Andrew to help you, it would be even better. Thank you Andrew and Team Rooter!
P.S. - The nice lady answering the phones was great also!

I called a few places to check out a drain. Team rooter was responsive. They gave me an estimated time right away and a few updates along the way, which for someone looking for urgent service, is quite helpful. I met the technician on property, his name is Nicholas. He was professional, friendly and good at what he does. Best of all, they did not charge me for sending a technician out to diagnose.
I will definitely use them again in the future as I have used a few plumbing companies in San Diego before and Team Rooter stood out for its professionalism and responsiveness.
