He was on time, clearly communicated the work he was doing as it was done and was professional throughout. We are renovating a home and will definitely use T-Mark for future projects without hesitation.

Mark B. came on a Holiday to help out when my furnace stopped working. First cold and snowy day in Buffalo. He was polite, attentive, explained what the issues were and was patient with me when I asked questions. I highly appreciate his professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone.

Truly impressive service from booking (Brian) through installation (Adam & Zack). Our home is so much warmer and we love it.
Total replacement of our existing 1990s furnace/central air to hybrid heat pump/gas high efficiency system in just a few hours. These folks are pros!
We’re impressed; we’ll be back for plumbing and electrical services.

There is a tiny screw missing on the top left corner of the furnace shield (as pictured), but we expect this to be easily remedied on their next visit.

Alex and Tmark did an amazing job. I called when my AC stopped working, and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. They actually arrived earlier than expected, and within 45 minutes Alex had everything up and running again.
I noticed a lot of reviews mentioned pricing concerns, but I was honestly impressed that the total cost, including labor and parts, was only $275. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.
