Called this morning at 9 am and spoke with Mike who was very polite and said they were very busy because of all the rain yesterday and they would be there late afternoon and would call when they were on their way. I got a call at 4 pm saying they would be there around 5 pm. Sebastian and his partner showed up at 4:50. They were very knowledgeable and polite. They assessed the situation and told me the price which was VERY reasonable before they started.
I would highly recommend Syracuse Drain. I actually have already recommended them to 2 friends. You can't go wrong with calling them.

My kitchen sink backed up so I called Syracuse Drains and they showed up within a couple of hours. Sebastian is without debt the best plumber I’ve ever dealt with. Polite, personable and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service, and very reasonably priced. I can’t recommend Syracuse Drains enough.

Amazing!! Able to come same day as I called. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Less than half hour later my kitchen was usable again. Will definitely call again if needing a plumber.

I have never experienced such professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Sebastian gave us a price, said he could get it done and if it did not work, there would be no charge. The task at hand was a bit more involved than he anticipated but he pushed through - literally! I am so happy to know that I now have my very "own" plumber and at a great price! I would leave 100 stars if I could! Thank you, Sebastian!

We had the worst backup ever with our toilet. It wouldn’t flush and when we plunged it that didn’t help. We tried everything. So last night we called Syracuse Drains to see if they could figure out what was going on and hopefully fix it. Adrian came out within the hour of us calling and checked out the problem and came to the conclusion that there was a horrible backup going on. He did what he had to do to figure out where the backup was and he found where the problem was. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he thought and knew what was going on so we could understand. He worked his magic and fixed our issue and now the toilet flushes with no problem or hesitation whatsoever!! Adrian was and is a miracle worker! I definitely highly recommend calling Syracuse Drains for any sewage and clogged drain problems. They work fast and make sure they fix the problem before they leave. Adrian also cleaned up the floor and around the toilet and made it look brand new! Definitely call these guys for any problems you may have!! Thank you so much Adrian for all the help, I didn’t think we would ever get this figured out and have a working toilet again!
