Had a sewer line underground clogged due to the tree root intrusion. Called the Superior Sewer & Drain Service, and the receptionist was really nice and helpful answering call. Kevin, a plumbing specialist was sent to my house within half an hour. They performed a mechanical milling method to cut out the roots inside the pipeline. Work was well done. Kevin was working outside in the rain and the cold weather. After he did the final inspection of the work, Kevin sent me the videos which showing the situation of the problem spot. I was well informed while they were performing the work. Plus, Superior Sewer & Drain Service provided a suggestion and estimate for the future Permanent solution to my sewer line problem. I am very happy with their service and will highly recommend the business to whoever needed this kind of service.

Kevin has been a great help to the industry and to me personally! To be clear I don’t leave in Kevin’s area and I’m in the same industry as he is. My point of the review is to let all of his customers know that he helps sooo many people on the phone Messenger etc. Kevin goes out of his way to help others with nothing in return, as I know he does with all of the people that call him for service! If you are a homeowner and are in need of help he is an awesome choice to help you fix your issues! It’s worth a call an to have him out to your home to get you taken care!

Kevin was very helpful with the inspection and recommendations for our sewer system repair. He worked very hard to earn our buisness and was very competitive against the competition. Not only was his work great but he kept a very clean line of communication between texts, calls, emails, and frequent videos of the work. Called for an appointment due to a clogged bathtub drain after unsuccessfully trying to resolve it myself. Kevin scheduled me for the next day, in the interim the clog resolved itself. He stopped by and verified that the drain was indeed draining correctly and told me that I didn’t need anything else and that it was more than likely a frozen drain and it was no charge for the visit. He was courteous, prompt and professional! I would highly recommend Superior Sewer and Drain Services of Mystic! Thank you Kevin!

I called Kevin this morning with an SOS for urgent help. I have a two-family home and the main drain line to the street was clogged, with all drains backing up into the basement. Kevin listened to the problem, provided the cost to clear it, and told me what time he would be there. Kevin was right on on all counts and is very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!
