    We had a great experience working with Superior Sanitation. We needed a portable toilet during the construction of our new house south of Bend, Or. I reached out to Superior and got friendly service and up front pricing information for the job. The toilet was delivered promptly, and serviced weekly as expected. Every part of the experience went smooth and effortless. Thank you.

    I'd been dreading getting our septic serviced. We kept putting it off but we finally called Superior Sanitation and I was so thrilled. Super nice guy, answered all of our questions as we watched him work (more fascinating than I expected), gave us some tips on keeping our tank healthy and advice for prolonging the life of our leach field. Honest, hardworking, family guy. We will be calling him every time!

    Wonderful company. Great price. Even though he was booked out, he made time to empty our septic in less than 24 hours. Also explained everything he was doing, and how everything works. Not a single complaint here!

    I had used them previously renting a porta potty and it was good, but then I had a septic issue in April and Superior had Muck Septic come out. The issue wasn’t resolved by Muck, nor was any guidance to help resolve it offered by Superior After that point.I was told just to “wait and let it calm down.” it didn’t. I did communicate that it wasn’t coming down by phone call. I got on the list for a porta potty . Weeks passed. ...They knew I was without septic. They were non-responsive to my calls by neither calling me back after I left multiple messages , or answering he phone. It would have been kinder If I was told simply to go somewhere else rather than Not calling me back for weeks knowing that my septic was malfunctioning. I realize that everybody septic problem feels like an emergency. I was good customer. I rented a porta potty for several months during construction. There was communication then, but then after I had a septic issue, I think it was reasonable to expect follow-up and returned calls and perhaps even given referrals, rather than letting me hang-on for weeks. It was the extended lack of communication after messages, with zero follow up that was the reason why I looked for anothet company to help. I thought my business mattered until I was treated like it didnt. If someone thought I was a b-word or didnt want my business they could have simply said it , instead of not returning my calls, not following up after I clearly communicated there was a problem after I was pumped, ...waiting until I went away. Im sorry. The truth is that I Do not tend to leave negative feedback. But in this case it has cost me extra money putting my faith in a company that didn’t get back to me. I basically threw money down the drain Getting my tank pumped With no follow up after it didn’t work. Then I had to pay for hotels and equipment to stay in my home, then do the process of finding another company . This dragged the process of solving the problem out even further. And I really don’t feel like that should’ve happened. I feel like when I identified that the pumping didn’t work I should’ve gotten a call by One or both of your companies. I hope this review helps the company work on responding to people better during a septic crisis. I think that it’s too bad that somebody just couldn’t pick up the phone and call me for follow up instead of me having to communicate with you on here, But you did get back to me on here. Thank you for the response on here. I’m not very happy with your company right now but I think a one star was a little severe so I changed it to three. How I’ve been treated the way I was previously you would still get a five star rating for me but it wasn’t and it was awful. Take care.     Hired these guys with the intent of having two potties from two different companies (the other company was having issues keeping one clean, didn’t trust it to keep TWO clean). SS showed up and delivered. Everything was fine. Until 2 hours later when SS showed back to pick up BOTH potties. Tried to call SS, they didn’t answer, called the other company and the woman was rude and clearly felt insulted that we were “trying to replace her company” she claimed Superior works for them, and when we attempted to explain WHY we didn’t trust them for two SHE HUNG UP!! Will NEVER use Superior for any even now.
