Great job done by all involved. Juan, Graham, another guy (Ethan? Sorry), and Lee were all curtious and professional and did a great job. Not one of them called me out on my dirty assed bathroom. Kyle and another guy with a hat (sorry) also came by to check the work quality and answer questions I had. I emailed with Grant and he was likewise helpful with everything I brought up. My attic was left neat and clean, which it definitely was not before. Give everyone raises.
As for price. Look, HVAC has apparently gone WAY up. I just paid 3x what my mom paid 15 years ago. That said, I went with Stuart because they offered me a 2-stage for around what the competition was offering a 1-stage system for. I upgraded to the variable speed system and am still around what I would have paid for a different setup. I don't know Lennox from Trane from whatever. This one is QUIET and blows cold/hot as needed and I'm satisfied.

We had Josh from Stuart Services come out to diagnose an issue with a continuous water leak that was detected by the Sewerage & Water Board. He was very professional and thorough and determined that the leak was caused by two toilets that are leaking as well as a leak at the main shutoff valve to the home. He explained all of our repair options and gave us several estimates to consider. We have decided to go forward with the repairs he recommended. So far, we are very happy with the service that we have received during the initial assessment. I will post another review once the work has been completed.
Update as of 2/20/2026:
Josh came back out and did a fantastic job of removing a 65 year old toilet, including having to chisel out the plumber’s putty that was holding it in place, installing a new toilet and water line and rebuilding another one. He also checked on a sink that was leaking. He is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends who are in need of plumbing repairs.

Malik and Julian did an amazing job. Customer service was outstanding. Not only did they arrive in less than expected time, they were very thorough fair with the service and made recommendations for future maintenance and repair. They went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer

We decided it was time to switch over to a tankless. Bob came out for the initial estimate. I knew nothing about hot water heaters, so needless to say I was a little intimidated. But Bob took his time and explained all kinds of stuff.
I got 2 other estimates and decided to go with Stuarts based on Bob and his personality, and knowledge.
Bob and Juston, literally just finished the install and it only took them maybe 4hrs. They explained how everything works. Left the workspace spotless and made sure we had zero questions before heading out.
I would 100% recommend Stuarts! 👍👍👍

Had them come out to investigate a clog we had between the septic and drainage. Started with $99 drain cleaning and inspection but they couldn’t find the outlet of the drain after poking around for a short while. They quoted me $1800 to install a clean out or $6,200 to run a new drain. Was told if I approved the estimate they would be back the following day to make repairs. Didn’t come back til two days later and sent their “digging crew” which were two guys with a pickax and a shovel who spoke no English. They spent all day hacking a hole next to my septic and cutting through my fiber internet line (cause they never called 811 to mark public utilities) only to find nothing. Sent a field supervisor the following day still to find nothing. I cut my losses and went with another company who found the drain, unclogged, and repaired a clean out in a few hours. As a licensed mechanical contractor in the state of Louisiana I can say that this is nothing but a sales company with technicians with limited knowledge who just want a quick sale of something you don’t need. I wouldn’t trust them to change a lightbulb. I’m still waiting on a call back on being refunded my deposit of half of the repair estimate.
Poor communication, not properly versed in the equipment or services they are providing, overpriced.
Update: We did receive a full refund of the deposit we made towards the repair that was never completed. There was no communication until I left the review and then I had around 4 calls within a couple days asking for me to take it down. Hopefully my experience isn’t representative of the whole company, which I’m sure it’s not. It is good to know that they follow up on these reviews and hopefully use them to adjust and make their company better.
