We started out so good!! A friend recommended these guys for my plumbing issues. We were not sure what is going on. We had a back up in our bathroom. Started with calling them to drain our septic tank. These guys were professional friendly and quick. But stated that it wasn’t the problem and they offer a rai service for $375. He guy said it would be quick and easy. Well his coworkers were lost and con the next day. It was raining and the machine can’t start when it rains???? A drain machine that don’t run when wet??? But!!!! They will call for back up?? Once again they are lost. Asked my wife for extension cord??? $375 and we need to provide an extension cord?? They couldn’t clean pipe stated we need a plumber???? Not true we needed a company that needed knowledge of how to clean intake pipes! Called for a refund or partial refund and was told by the lady that the company that did it right was her ex boyfriend or fling. So we didn’t qualify???

They were very polite and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. Arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. Did an excellent job and was very reasonable. No complaints about them. Definitely recommend them!

This company did a good job installing risers and emptying our tank. It had never been serviced, we didn't even know where it was but they located it. They stuck to the initial estimate exactly. Served us well. Very nice phone service people too. Glad to have this chapter closed.
