After we explained what was going on, Clinton carefully checked things out and shared what he discovered. We had no idea where the leak was coming from, but he tracked it down without making any unnecessary holes or mess. He made sure we understood what was happening, fixed everything quickly, and patiently answered all our questions. He even gave us helpful advice for a couple of other plumbing projects we’re planning and will be coming back to help with those soon. Clinton was very respectful of our home, making sure to wear a mask and cover his shoes. This is a local, family-run plumbing company in Salt Lake City, and I had a great experience with them when I needed my water heater replaced. Jacob handled my booking and made everything super easy—he was friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was also happy to hear they give a $100 gas gift card when you get a new water heater installed, which is a nice bonus. Clinton, the plumber, arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. He brought the exact water heater I requested and got it all set up that same day. The team really listened to my situation and managed to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I really appreciated. After trying to reach several other plumbers in Salt Lake City and even checking with a big hardware store, I found it nearly impossible to get any help. Most places didn’t even call back, but this plumbing company answered right away and took care of everything. I highly recommend calling them for any plumbing work—whether it’s your water heater, leaky pipes, or anything else. After moving into our older home in Salt Lake City, we started dealing with a bunch of plumbing leaks. I really wish we had found Stanley & Sons Plumbing sooner! Someone recommended them after we had a not-so-great experience with another plumber. From the very start, they made everything easy. When I called, Zachary's voicemail let me send a text, which was super convenient. He got back to me right away and managed to fit us in the very next morning. The whole team was extremely friendly and clearly knew their way around all kinds of pipes and plumbing issues. Their prices were fair too. Benjamin was amazing—he didn’t hesitate to crawl into our tight, muddy crawl space under the house with a smile, and quickly found where the leak was coming from. They were both polite, knowledgeable, and really professional. The repair was done fast—they were in and out in just a couple of hours and got everything fixed up perfectly. We’re definitely sticking with them for any future plumbing needs. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

i had a great experience with stanley & sons plumbing when they came out to check out a plumbing issue at my home in salt lake city. clinton arrived right on time and took his time to carefully investigate the problem. after a thorough inspection of my pipes and drains, he explained that the issue was actually connected to the septic tank, so regular plumbing work wasn't needed. what really impressed me was that he didn’t charge me for his visit and even recommended an excellent local septic specialist who helped me out the next day. everyone i spoke to was friendly and professional, and clinton made sure all my questions were answered. i'm really happy with the service and will definitely call them again if i need plumbing help.
