They replaced a water heater for us and updated a couple of the valves that were outdated. They came on time, even worked us in early because of a cancellation. The 2 guys were friendly and professional and left everything clean and tidy.
Prior to making the appointment, I had some questions based on discussion with another plumber, and whoever was available in the office gave clear and helpful answers. The office staff was also very organized and helpful. We will definitely call them again next time we have a plumbing need.

I hired St Paul Pipeworks to install a thermostatic mixing valve on my water heater and was very impressed. I'm a fairly advanced DIY'er and had a couple specifics on how I wanted the valve installed and St Paul Pipeworks was able to accomodate me in an efficient and respectful manner. The work was done on time, for a reasonable price, and the finished install was very clean and professional. Communication was great both over the phone/scheduling and when the plumber was at my home. I would absolutely use St Paul Pipeworks again!

We used St Paul Pipeworks to fix the way our dishwasher set up had been poorly done by another plumber several years ago. They were able to schedule the job quickly, and the plumber who did the work described what needed to be done and got to work. They also helped us out a couple of years ago with a shower connection. They’re excellent, we won’t bother to call anyone but them in the future!

Upon inspection, it was discovered there was no shut-off valve to the front yard faucet. Within 24° of my phone call, a St. Paul Pipeworks plumber came to my home to assess the situation and provide estimated costs. It was not an emergency situation, so he showed and explained to me what possible approaches might be needed. On return appointment the following week, another St. Paul Pipeworks plumber, equipped for the specific task, completed the job in less than one hour. In both instances, the plumbers showed up on time, were respectful, efficient, amiable, focused, and willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them and will continue to enlist their services for any future plumbing issues.

These guys are the best, and they are expert at working in old houses. A few years ago I needed the water supply to the house shut off for a repair, but the city could not safely turn it off from the boulevard because the 100-year-old underground pipe was bent. Another plumbing company recommended I call St. Paul Pipeworks. They jackhammered a hole in the basement floor, froze the pipe where it entered the basement to shut off the water and plumbed a code compliant above-floor shutoff in the basement. Problem solved, and it was much cheaper than digging outside in the boulevard.
Today they were here to replace 100-year-old concrete laundry tubs and the rusted leaking drain pipe. While they were at it they also replaced the jumble of ancient plumbing around the tubs, streamlining things and bringing plumbing up to code. It looks beautiful.
St. Paul Pipeworks is my go-to plumber. In addition to being experts, they always pleasant. That makes a difference.
