I had a utility sink back up in an older home and what would have taken me hours with YouTube in the background to figure out how to do incorrectly, Jacob diagnosed, fixed, and kindly taught me a few things about my pipes. He also showed me some issues with my older sewer system that is starting to grow roots and advised on how to approach before it got too much worse. Never a hard push or oversell. I had the pleasure of hiring Jake for a sewer line repair and my experience has been wonderfully memorable. He was able to explain the problem and his entire thought process in a way that made sense and included me in the decision making. Jake helped empower me as a customer and gave me the building blocks to understand how the sewer system in my home operates, along with what runs through it. I've had past experiences with plumbers, electricians, etc that would push me to spend money to repair issues with little explanation and later I would find out I spent more than I needed or the exaggerated repair wasn't appropriate. Jake was the complete opposite experience from the minute I met him. Jake patiently explained how he would handle the same issue in his own home, and he took care of the issue as if it was his own home. He gave a me a very fair and honest price that was a fraction of what I have been quoted. I highly recommend working with him, he is a very genuine, kind, and trustworthy person.

I had an excellent experience with Jake from Spearhead Sewer and Drain. He was extremely thorough and took the time to check all of the pipes, the toilet, and the bathtub to make sure everything was working properly. He was very responsive and quick to reply whenever I had questions, and he showed up ready to help. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he clearly explained what was going on. He was down-to-earth, efficient, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him and we will definitely be using his services in the future!
