Austin was great. Replaced water sprinkler heads and sprinkler replaced headers on the system ,made sure pipes were not leaking in the back yard. Such a relief for our family as my dad was in the middle of replacing them and were broken and tore apart , when he passed away. Austin is a true professional. He provided a very reasonable quote and was completely honest about the scope of the problem. I really appreciated that he took photos of everything to show us exactly what was happening underground; it made the whole process feel transparent.
He easily could have upcharged us for unnecessary work, but he chose to be honest instead. It is hard to find that kind of integrity these days. We will definitely be using Austin for all our future needs. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency due to a main water supply leak to my house. I tried two different companies and neither had anyone available. With water gushing out (geyser) I was given Snake and Lateral name by one of the companies. I did call and Austin was here within 10 minutes. He took care of my geyser and then an other issue. He was friendly and professional and stayed to make absolutely sure there was not going to be any problems going forward. Well done. Thanks!
