Fantastic company! Fast service, great customer service & care, very fair pricing, and high quality work - highly recommend! Within a short period of time, they identified the leak and found a crack in our shower/tub surround in our daughter’s room, had a new replacement shower installed within a few days (only 1 day demo and install too!). Will call them for any future plumbing needs!

Finding SmithPro was the answer to my problem of a broken (Water Softener). Dan and his assistant were FABULOUS, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE and ready to help me in any way. Plus, I didn’t have to wait forever to get it done. This company is beyond AWESOME! All I can say is “Call them first when you need a plumbing issue done”

We will never use any other company besides SmithPro! Dan has been our savior on so many occasions I can’t even keep track. With a home full of teenagers and pets we never have a lack of problems for him to diagnose. They are quick to schedule us and come out and get the work done efficiently and correctly. Plus all the staff we have encountered and great to work with! Don’t waste your time with any other place! And if you want someone who welcomes the “help” from the animals and kids, is friendly and educated then ask for Dan!

I called yesterday and had my water heater installed this am! The lady that answered the phone was very nice and respectful. She explained the warranty as well as how the brand does replacement of parts if things go bad or change. The two gentleman that came today were friendly, knowledgeable and explained the work they did. They also showed me how to restart the pilot and how to flush the water heater.
