They responded immediately to stabilize my emergency, and then went to great lengths to fit me into their busy schedule to fix the issue - which required excavation of my concrete driveway. Brian and his team are responsive, kind, transparent, and most importantly, do expert work at a fair price. When every shower drain/toilet in the finished parts of my home started geysering sewer water on a Saturday, I cold-called S&K after my own longtime plumber Mr. Holland’s (whom I pay to be a service club member) had refused to dispatch a plumber that day to help me during my obvious catastrophic emergency. After being treated with such lack of care by my old plumbing company, Brett (hero Saturday plumber) and Brian (owner) and the whole S&K team showed me that someone had my family’s back. Had S&K over for a clogged shower drain trap. It was rusted shut so Dylan replaced it and all is well. Decided to have him replace the float assembly on a toilet also. All fine now and no mess left behind. Very satisfied

I needed Emergency Services due to sewer backup in basement. I actually had Roto Rooter out 10 days earlier. Obviously they didn’t do the job properly. S&K Plumbing was able to get here with in the hour. Dylan Worden came prepared for just about anything. Dylan had to basically start over due to Roto Rooter not clearing the lines out properly.
He found the obstruction which was somewhere heading out to street. I was very happy Dylan came out, he was extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person to deal with. Job well done

Sump pump alarm went off Saturday morning during heavy rain period. Brett was at my house within 90 minutes and quickly fixed the issue. He also showed me how to test the pump system on my own.
Highly recommend this friendly and knowable team!!!
