We recently had a very deep and extremely challenging sewer installation completed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the work Shaw did. They took great care with our property while still getting a complicated job done efficiently and correctly. Super knowledgeable and professional service! Came out to do a quote after I had been quoted an $8,000 job from another company. After they scoped the line, they couldn't find anything wrong with the line. I will definitely call them first next time!

Due to a different company leaving me with a blocked main sewer line, even after telling me it was clear, I had to find help elsewhere. Shaw immediately sent a camera guy out. He was unable to get the camera very far because of the blockage. He recommended Drain Specialists. They were not able to clear the line at that time due to limited space in my basement for the proper equipment. One of the owners, Julian, came back the same day, and got the line clear enough for stuff to drain. He cared about leaving me with working plumbing. I had Shaw back out to install an outdoor, 2 way access to the main line. Sean, Jodi, and Ryan, all professional and exceptional people. They went above and beyond. After they finished they contacted Drain Specialists to clear the last 2, large roots that were 75 feet out. I now have a completely clear line to the main sewer. I am forever grateful.
I would never recommend any companies in Spokane other than Shaw Trenchless and The Drain Specialists.

We had a great experience with Shaw Trenchless installing a liner for our old sewer line.
Communication was clear, pricing was competitive, and the men who came and did the install were fast and professional. It was all done in a single day and the next day was just an inspection. Later on when we had a misunderstanding they cleared up the issue and made it right. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
I will update the review if we later have any issues with the line, but I don’t expect that will be likely.

My experience with Shaw Trenchless could not have been any better. Their communication before, during, and after the job is complete is as good as I have ever seen, and I have been in the skilled trades for 50 years.
Their dispatcher is always responsive, returning missed calls in a timely manner. Their techs are polite, professional, and very highly skilled.
My plumbing problem was diagnosed and a plan to correct the problem was laid out , with an accompanying quote, within hours of the site visit.
The crew arrived at the agreed upon time, worked smoothly and efficiently, and left my yard in as good a shape as it was to begin with.
I highly recommend Shaw Trenchless for any and all of your plumbing project needs. You might find someone cheaper, but household waste line sewer plumbing is not a place to cut corners. So do yourself a favor and go with the best from the start.

We had Shaw Trenchless out to do the rough-in plumbing and trenching for a pole barn construction project we are working on.
They were their reliable selves. On time, polite, professional, and thorough.
