Armando is very good at what he does. He is professional and so are his employees. Details of the work:
1) Replace under slab cast iron sewer pipe with pipe bursting.
2) Moving bathroom drain line for a remodel that’s still at the permitting level
3) Lining the old clay pipe that is going to the city main line underneath the yard, sidewalk and street.
The job took about 2.5 weeks or so. Armando was there almost every day supervising and also doing some of the work. He made videos of the pressure testing of the system and also the camera inspection of the lined pipe.
I usually have to inspect every step a contractor does and compare with things I see online or read about. Armando was doing everything right from the beginning and every time I inspected something briefly, it looked good, so it was a pleasure not having to question the contractor and asking for changes. It was good quality work done in a timely manner.
He is still responsive to my messages even though final payment was over a week ago.

He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was easy to reach by both text and phone, which made communication really convenient. I also appreciated that there were no middlemen—I was able to speak directly with him from the start.

Armondo was on time and friendly. He was honest with me and showed me what I can do in the future if it happens again. I am normally intimidated with water heaters but he made me comfortable with any issues I may have in the future saving me 1000 dollars. Highly recommend this company.
