I was having an issue with faucets throughout my home, and I originally called American Home Shield to have them to start an order for me, they actually sent out Sewer Medic. Although I’m not very happy with American Home Shield. I am happy to say that we actually end up with a great company that I would totally recommend without ever using American Home Shield again. Sewer Medic was awesome from the phone calls to the technician, which name was John did an amazing job. It took several days for us to get our parts in, but anytime that we call their home office they answered immediately with a friendly voice on the other end, and service was rendered as soon as possible within a 2 to 3 day window, which I really appreciate. I absolutely think this company is worth doing business without American Home Shield. Great service, great person, and very professional. John took the time to call delta so they would know exactly what was needed, and he made use feel as if we were a priority throughout the whole process. Thank you John for servicing our home.

Great company… Had the hose replaced with my kitchen faucet. They were informative regarding the services needed, repair options and the timing of the initial and follow up appointment was well communicated. Everyone has been very kind and considerate. Would highly recommend this company. The technician, Blake, came in with such a wonderful work ethic and willingness to do the best job and make sure I was satisfied.

When my water heater went boots up, I called AHS to get it repaired. They referred me to Sewer medic. The technician, John, came out and diagnosed the problem and informed me that I needed a new water heater. He explained the issue and told me about the new codes that took effect in 2021. AHS approved everything but the new code modification which I found out was not covered in my particular policy. After considering the cost and everything, I decided to pay the difference and let Sewer medic complete the job. John was very courteous, professional and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable in plumbing and did an excellent job with the installation. He cleaned up after his self and performed a QA/QC check to ensure everything worked properly. He even informed me that he would register the warranty for me. I really appreciate the knowledge John shared with me and enjoyed our conversations. Thank you John and Sewer medic for a job well done.

After discovering several leaking pipes under the slab in my house, I decided to have a total rerouting of the pipes through the attic. This was a major project requiring holes be cut in almost every room in my house to access the manifolds. Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. They kept me informed of the process and were patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They worked hard to minimize the time the water was shut off in my house. I appreciated the concern they showed in getting the job done in a timely manner.

Sewer Medic was fantastic in diagnosing the issue with my water heater and coordinating with my home warranty to get it replaced. They explained everything clearly up front, including detailed cost estimates for bringing my setup up to code, and the final costs were even lower than expected. I also really appreciated that they communicated effectively, gave correct dispatch windows, and followed up the day after the installation to make sure everything was working properly before closing the ticket. Excellent service from start to finish!
