Rodo and Jeff are my heroes!!
And Friendly Sewer are my super heroes!! This business works and feels like an old fashioned business where taking care of customers comes first. They are the “Nordstrom” of the sewer companies. Do not look twice—call them first. They have gone way beyond the call of duty in helping me. I trust these guys to be honest, fair and to work with you. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Our main sewer line was partially blocked. We needed to have better clean-out access points added out below the front lawn, as well as hydro-jetting both down and up. We had used Sewer Friendly over 10 years ago on another house on recommendation from my brother. So when the estimates for the work from nearby plumbing companies were outrageous, my brother suggested to ring SF again.
Sewer Friendly was very professional. They got the proper permit from the city of Renton. They had online contracts with everything described well and were willing to answer questions about everything. We always got great communication from Caleb in the front office. Caleb referred us on to to an expert when we wanted to know more technical details.
Remember, always get at least 3 descriptions of what work needs to be done with written estimates. Talk to your friends & neighbors before having expensive work done.

Right off the bat, our experience with Sewer Friendly was excellent. The person who answered the phone (I forgot to get their name) was kind and worked quickly to get a tech out to us, same day. They answered all my questions about cost for the inspection and made this stressful situation easier from the jump. Ismael "Izzy" came with his team to scope and evaluate the damage, marked where our sewer line is, highlighting the most damaged parts that are in need of replacement.
He answered ever single question with patience and expertise. He even gave us some short term solutions to get us by until we can get the line fixed. (We are extraordinary lucky that there are short term solutions, we know this is not always the case).
The quote was reasonable and I was surprised by how quickly they could get it done. They also do all the work themselves, not hiring outside contractors, which is a huge plus for us.
Highly recommend Sewer Friendly!

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work of Sewer Friendly. They were very thorough in their diligence and repairs of offsets in both our private sewer drain line and a common sewer drain line that we share with three neighbors. We worked with several good folks at Sewer Friendly including Caleb, Sheree, Jeff, Thomas, Gabriel, Nacho, Gus and Rodo. We would use Sewer Friendly again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
